Attendance and absences
Students must attend school regularly so they can achieve their educational best and increase their career and life options.
In NSW, all children from the age of 6 are legally required to attend school or be registered for home schooling through the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA). All students must complete Year 10, or its equivalent and remain in school, employment or training until they turn 17.

Our school rules are based on four key ideas:
Be Well Mannered – Use good manners; Please, Thank you, Excuse me, Be friendly, Take turns, Put your hand up and wait, and Listen.
Be Proud – Keep our school clean, Wear uniform with pride, Rubbish in the bin, Tidy your area before leaving, Do your best work.
Be Safe – Bullying "No Way", Stay in bounds, Move safely, Be sun safe; Wear a hat, Hands and feet to yourself.
Be Responsible - Tell the truth, Be prepared, Accept consequences, Care for belongings, Respect the property of others.

School Anti-bullying plan
We work hard to prevent bullying in our school and we recognise that the best outcomes are achieved by school communities, parents, students and teachers, working together to help prevent and to respond to bullying.
Our Anti-bullying plan includes protection, prevention, early intervention and response strategies for student bullying. Any student who experiences bullying and any person who witnesses bullying should report it to a teacher or the school principal.
The following documents and resources are provided to assist if children have been involved in bullying behaviour (as the person engaging in bullying behaviour, as the person being bullied or as the person witnessing the bullying behaviour).
